Bradford Made is our hub for free, place-based learning resources for all learning settings. Developed with learning specialists, cultural partners and young people – and aligned to the National Curriculum – it offers educators a central library to explore Bradford District through rich local stories and ready-to-use learner activity packs.

About Bradford Made

These resources cover every level of education, from early years to lifelong learning. They’re all designed to be accessible, inclusive and adaptable for diverse learners, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), in alternative provision or in home education.

Bradford Made helps children and young people understand and engage with Bradford’s history – fostering real pride in place and helping them see themselves in the stories we tell. It also builds the knowledge and confidence of educators, showing how Bradford’s heritage can enhance the quality of education at every level of learning.

After Bradford’s year as UK City of Culture, these resources will remain available to download – creating a lasting legacy for future educators and learners, and stronger connections between learning, culture and heritage across the district.
