Youth Pass: Breakin – Dance Class
Join Bradford’s Breakin dance specialists for an energetic breakdancing session.
Duration: 1 hour
- Wheelchair user access
Breakin is a form of dance combining dynamic and rhythmic moves, creating a fun source of exercise that helps you feel amazing!
Join Tranquil Productions, Bradford’s Breakin dance specialists, for this fun and interactive workshop introducing you to the basics of Breakin.
You’ll begin with stretching and warm up exercises, before working up to a simple routine to some music.
All dancing abilities are welcome to this relaxed and informal session – all you need is a positive attitude and be up for having a go!
Tranquil Productions will be delivering 3 x sessions throughout the year on the dates and times below:
- Sat 27 Sep – 10.30am – 11:30am
- Sat 25 October – 10.30am – 11.30am
The sessions will also involve ‘The Breakin Book’ – a unique way for participants to document the dance knowledge shared in the session. Each participant will be provided with their very own Breakin Book and a pen, which they can take away to continue their breakin journey.
Participants may sign up for a single session, but we encourage attending all three to gain the most benefit from the lessons and The Breakin’ Book resource.
All three workshops will take place at Mind the Gap – you can find a Studios Tour here.
