Entering Damart Mill

Unfortunately, the lift isn’t working so there are 2 routes through to the space.

Wheelchair accessible route

First we will show the route for wheelchair users.

A temporary accessible toilet is in the car park. There are 4 accessible parking spaces here.

This is the route to REPLAY from the main entrance.

Immediately inside the entrance, you’ll turn left.  
Head down the ramp on the steps. 
Head down the corridor, towards the lift at the end, beyond a glass door. 
There are labelled buttons inside the lift. 
The REPLAY welcome area through the lift doors. 

Non wheelchair accessible route

The alternative route means arriving at the back of the building, where there are 6 accessible parking spaces.

Staff will be in the reception area to check your tickets and help you get to REPLAY.

Walk through the cafeteria.
Through the double doors.

The Welcome Area

Once you’ve arrived you can put your shoes in the spaces provided (or use shoe coverings). There are also some ear defenders available.

While there is no designated quieter space, you can use the welcome area if you need some time away.

You’ll wait for your session to start in this holding area. (There will be some chairs available with arms).

A short film will play before the doors open.
