Request for Proposals: The Railway Children – Set Construction and Scenic Art

Bradford Culture Company operating as Bradford 2025 is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to build and paint the scenery, for a production of The Railway Children. 

BCC would like to invite interested providers to tender for this business.

We are looking for an established theatrical scenic construction company to work alongside the Set Designer.

• The production takes place at Oxenhope Railway station.
• The expected load in date is 16 June 2025.
• The performance space is in traverse either side of a train track. The scenery includes a signal box, railway bridge, flooring to represent stone platforms and a large station window.
