Freelance call out: Engagement Producers, Participation Co-ordinators and Engagement Project Managers

We are seeking skilled freelancers to work with us on our upcoming projects in the following roles:
- Engagement Producer
- Participation Co-ordinator
- Engagement Project Manager
The time commitment for the roles will vary project by project.
Contracts will be on a freelance basis and we would pay up to £200 per day, depending on the role.

What we're looking for
We are developing a range of projects that will require people with the following qualities:
- Passion to widen access to culture for children, young people and communities
- Experience in producing programmes for, by or with children and young people or communities/ non-professionals
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders (could include teachers, senior leaders, creative practitioners)
- Project management skills
- Skills in co-ordinating schedules and logistical planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take initiative to improve systems and structures to make them more efficient
- Skills at identifying barriers to engagement and a proactive problem- solver
You will also have or be happy for us to undertake an enhanced DBS Check.
You will have Public Liability Insurance.
