About our Open-Air Cinema screenings
                                            
Bradford 2025 are bringing this series of not-to-be-missed immersive cinema experiences in iconic Bradford locations.
This particular screening will take place amongst the ruins within the woods at Milner Field Manor Ruins. Please note that the woodland walk experience to the site is not considered accessible for people with mobility needs and requires a 15 minute walk across various surfaces to get to the film screening area.
This page includes images of the different surfaces you will have to walk across during the woodland walk experience to reach the site. However, it does not include images of what else will be there on the day of the screening, but will include a description of how they will create an eerie atmosphere on the day. Please read our accessibility section of this page if you do have mobility issues.

6.45pm: gates open
6.45pm – 7.40pm: eerie woodland walk
7.40pm: last entry to woodland walk

What does the woodland walk involve?
Arrive early to give yourself time to experience the woodland walk, you will encounter a series of characters along your way to Milner Field Manor. The walk will take 10-20 mins and will travel over uneven ground and is sloped in places. We advise wearing sturdy footwear. The route will be lit and staff on hand to help guide your way in the dark.

Why is last entry at 7.30pm?
Please arrive no later than 7.30pm so you have plenty of time to journey through the woods in time for the screening at 8pm.
An alternative route can be taken by anyone arriving after 7.30pm.
How long does the film last?
The film will last 1 hour 45 minutes.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
This event is open to ages 16+ only. ID will be required for young adults.
Will there be seating?
Yes, chairs will be provided. You are welcome to bring a cushion, blanket or even a hot water bottle if you wish.
How will I hear the film's audio?
Everyone will receive a set of headphones upon arrival and instructions for use. The film will also have English subtitles, please see accessibility below.
Can I smoke at the venue?
No, this is a smoke free site. You can leave the site to smoke or vape in the designated smoking area.

Access to the site is via Higher Coach Road, off Primrose Lane.

Is there parking at Milner Field?
Free audience parking is available at Eldwick Primary School Barnaby Road.

Spaces are limited, and cars are parked at the driver’s own risk. It is a 10-minute walk from this car park to Milner Field.
Is blue badge parking available?
Blue badge parking is not available at Milner Field. However, a drop-off point for those with mobility needs will be available in front of the Milner Field gates on Primrose Lane.
Accessibility
                                            
Access to the Milner Field ruins where the film will be screened will be via a short walk through a woodland. There will be uneven surfaces throughout and some steep gradients, as illustrated in the images below. The route will be lit and marked. Staff will be on hand to support where needed.

Please note that this image was taken during the day and therefore does not represent what the space will look like during this event. As this screening is taking place later on, the woods will be darker and will have lighting and an eerie atmosphere.

The site is not deemed accessible for people with limited mobility or for wheelchair users.
Will the screening have subtitles?
Yes the screening will have subtitles.
Will there be audio description available?
No, audio description will not be available at this screening.
Will there be toilet facilities?
Yes, Portaloos will be provided.
Can I bring a dog or pet with me?
Only registered assistance dogs will be allowed onsite.
Food and drink
                                            
There will be hot food and drinks available. Choose your favourite wood fired pizza from Dave’s Artisan Pizza and keep warm with a selection of hot drinks (including mulled wine and Bailey’s hot chocolate) from Smart Coffee along with a variety of soft drinks, cakes and snacks.
You are welcome to bring snacks and cold food onto site (no hot food) but please take all rubbish away with you.
Can I bring alcohol?
You will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol into site and any alcohol you bring will be confiscated but returned to you as you leave.
Can I bring glass containers or bottles?
No glass items are allowed onsite.
Preparing for the weather
                                            
This screening is taking place on an outdoor site with no shelter from rain. The screening will take place come rain or shine. We suggest bringing a blanket to keep warm and cosy whilst watching the film and waterproofs in the event of rain.
In the unlikely event that weather conditions are extreme and/or present a danger to attendees and staff, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and we may need to refund or reschedule the event.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Umbrellas are permitted for the woodland walk however, they will not be suitable when seated for the film. Please ensure you have suitable waterproofs instead.
