Salts Mill

Voices from the Bridge

A capella choir performed alongside We will Sing – an installation during 2025 by Ann Hamilton at Salts Mill.

A capella choir Voices from the Bridge presented a selection of Part Songs, arranged for four voices, alongside We Will Sing in the vast roof space of Salts Mill.

Under the directorship of conductor and composer Stuart Nettleship, Voices from the Bridge’s repertoire included both sacred and secular music, some of which were performed at this event.

About Voices from the Bridge

Voices from the Bridge is a small a capella choir from York, which was formed in 2024. Members of the choir are all experienced singers and a number of them are either current or ex-members of Stamford Bridge Singers – hence the name. Find out more here.
