The Art of The City Gent

An exhibition celebrating the artwork of the UK’s longest-running printed fanzine.

Great publications start with great covers—images that demand attention. For over forty years, The City Gent has embraced this idea.

As the UK’s longest-running printed fanzine, it has developed a distinctive style. With acclaimed cartoonist Dave Robinson, its covers became expressive illustrations capturing the passion and humour of Bradford City supporters.

These two pop-up exhibitions highlight standout designs from the past 25 years, celebrating artwork that reflects both the club and the wider story of Bradford and its people.
