STRIKE: Banner-Making and Printmaking Drop-In Workshops

Join MEK SUMMAT for a series of creative, drop-in workshops at Lister Mill.

Location Lister Mills, Bradford

Led by Jenna and Adam (MEK SUMMAT), these hands-on workshops are free and open to all.

These workshops will have an introduction to banner making, printmaking and visual storytelling rooted in heritage and identity. Together, you’ll create artwork that connects to the spirit of STRIKE. 

The workshops lead into the evening’s spectacular projection and sound shows, alongside an exhibition showcasing work developed by community groups in Manningham and schools. 

Free – all materials are provided. Everyone welcome. 

No booking required – drop in anytime between 6 – 10 pm.

This major new work uses light, sound and projection to explore a landmark moment in the history of Bradford and the modern labour movement – and spotlight the fearless women who made it happen.
