Join Keighley and Worth Valley Community Partnership - a network of local community organisations - for a day focussed around improving health and wellbeing.
Schedule
- 12:45-1:30pm – Video screenings: Keighley-Can & Mental Health.
- 1-3pm – Wellbeing Wednesday / Get out More.
- 1:30-4pm – Free health checks – get your blood pressure checked and get health information.
- 1:30-4pm – Activity session: a showcase of Keighley Healthy Living Classes.
- 1:30-4pm – Give it a go: activities and history chat led by Keighley Healthy Living.
