Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
For this spirited celebration of Black music, presented by Go Caribbean CIC & Culture City Radio, members of the general public will be invited to join the organisational team and invited guests at the Bleu Riviera in the making of a musical expression of City of Culture togetherness and community cohesion via music.
