Blue Rivera

Celebration of Black Music – A UK Fusion!

Go Caribbean CIC & Culture City Radio

A musical expression of togetherness connecting attendees and guests.

At this spirited celebration of Black music, presented by Go Caribbean CIC & Culture City Radio, members of the general public were invited to join the organisational team and invited guests at the Bleu Riviera in the making of a musical expression of City of Culture togetherness and community cohesion via music.

The event was livestreamed, and celebratory comments and messages from guests were recorded. This truly special event aimed to draw together people from diverse backgrounds, races and cultures.

This event is part of Heritage Open Days, England’s largest festival of history and culture, and is presented by an organisation involved in Bradford 2025’s Elevate programme, which aims to strengthen, sustain and increase the agility of Bradford’s heritage sector.
