A practical workshop exploring how to begin identifying your audiences and developing a strategy to communicate with them.

This will have a particular focus on the heritage and cultural sector. Led by leading, locally based Audience Development, Marketing and Communications professional Helen Palmer, of Palmer Squared.

This session is part of Elevate – a heritage skills programme to develop the district’s independent heritage sector.
