Bradford 2025 is seeking an experienced facilitator or organisation to deliver a short programme of Mental Health & Wellbeing Support for Creative Health Practitioners, particularly those working in community settings and/or within Creative Health projects across Bradford District and beyond.

Creative Health practitioners routinely support participants with complex mental health, trauma, isolation, and socio-economic challenges. This commission aims to strengthen practitioner wellbeing, confidence, and resilience, and to support safe and sustainable practice.

The delivery of this programme we are seeking will be a mix of in-person and/or online sessions, plus creation of a practitioner resource.

Period: January – end February 2026

We are looking for proposals that include:

  • 1–3 facilitated sessions (workshops, reflective practice groups, masterclasses, or similar), delivered in person and/or online between January and the end of February 2026.
  • A focus on topics such as:
    – Emotional load, boundaries, and secondary trauma
    – Managing challenging or dysregulated behaviours
    – Trauma-informed and safe practice
    – Personal wellbeing, resilience, and reflective tools
    – Peer support models for Creative Health practitioners
  • Creation of a practical digital resource/toolkit for Creative Health practitioners that can be shared across the network
  • An approach that is grounded, accessible, psychologically informed, and relevant to artists, creative facilitators and community practitioners
