This is your chance to make your voice heard and be part of something special in your city. You don’t need any previous experience – just enthusiasm, a love for all things creative, curiosity, and a passion for Bradford. We’re looking for young people who are keen to learn, collaborate, and are committed to making a difference their city. This is a voluntary position with all reasonable expenses covered. As a thank you for your time and energy, we offer a voucher system.

As a Youth Panel member, you’ll:

  • Attend skill-building workshops and masterclasses to develop your confidence and leadership skills.
  • Contribute within the Bradford 2025 Board of Trustees; the group that guides and oversees the Bradford 2025 progress.
  • Represent young people in Bradford by attending meetings, sharing ideas, and giving valuable feedback on projects.
  • Join a team of existing Youth Panel members and have the chance to build skills, meet new people and influence change.

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • Live, work or study in Bradford District
  • Be 16-22 years old
  • Be able to commit to monthly meetings (usually held on evenings or weekends) and physically attend board and subcommittee meetings (every other month)
