Our ethos

We want these events to be an inclusive and collaborative space – one where everyone feels comfortable contributing, connecting and learning from one another. To help create that environment, we promote a relaxed and informal atmosphere that welcomes openness, curiosity and respect.

We encourage you to:

  • Come as yourself, and wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
  • Take time to break, rest or reflect as you need. There is a quiet space, faith space and communal seating areas available at the venue if you need to take a break away from event activity at any point. If you want to take a walk or need to leave the venue at any point, you are very welcome to – just ensure you have your ticket on you for re-entry.
  • Help us limit unnecessary waste. No bottled water will be provided at this event – we advise you to bring a refillable water bottle. Tap water will be available.

Taking care

We want all attendees, volunteers and staff to feel comfortable and safe throughout the event. If you are feeling unwell, we therefore ask you to take care of yourself and help protect others by not attending. We understand some people may be anxious about being in a busy environment therefore please feel free to wear a mask, or do whatever helps you feel safe.

There will be first aiders at the venue for the duration of the event. If you feel unwell at any point, please ask a member of staff for help.
