Join Club Ekta for this special wellness event, designed to bring women together for a morning of relaxation, mindfulness and connection.
Enjoy a guided Hatha Yoga session, promoting movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, followed by a nutritious and social brunch. Open to women of all backgrounds and fitness levels, this event will create a safe and supportive space to focus on self-care, mental health, and community, designed to help you reset, reconnect, and relax in a supportive, women-only space.
- Yoga session led by a qualified and highly experienced female Club Ekta instructor.
- Dietary requirements can be specified at checkout.
