North Street Band

We rounded off The Big Beacon Family Welcome in Bowling and Cliffe Castle parks with a wide variety of music from Motown classics to current ‘top 40’.

The North Street Band mixed vintage soul, classic dance tunes and the latest releases to get us up on our feet.

The North Street Band started because they wanted to play music that made a difference and brought people together. Because of that, they have one rule – no bland covers!

We finished off The Big Beacon Family Welcome in Bowling and Cliffe castle parks by dancing the night away to music from artists such as Chaka Khan, Prince and Stevie Wonder.
