The Beacon – Lister Park

Gaana Shaana

An evening of Song, Stories & South Asian Vibes.

An unforgettable evening of music, community, and pure desi joy!

Gaana Shaana brought together voices from across Bradford to celebrate the rich musical traditions of South Asia with live musicians, delicious desi snacks, and all the warm, feel-good vibes of a true community gathering.

Whether you’re a bathroom singer, a shower-time superstar, or someone who just loves good tunes and good company, this was your night.

In South Asian culture, every moment – from heartbreak to celebration – has a song. “Gaana Shaana” is our playful way of saying: music, fun, and a little bit of madness. It’s the spirit of hanging out, singing our hearts out, and just being together.

Toh kya khayaal hai? Mil baith ke thoda Gaana Shaana ho jaye?
