We enjoyed a day of archaeology talks to celebrate the National Festival of Archaeology.

From an exhibition introduction to archaeology to fascinating deep dives into local treasures and historic buildings, the afternoon was packed with stories from the experts who know them best.

Curator Jill Cook spoke about the exhibition of Ice Age Art Now, which was at Cliffe Castle Museum, Keighley.

Silsden Hoard with Gavin Edwards
Former Collections Manager and Archaeology curator for Bradford District Museums Galleries offered an insight into an intriguing iron-age hoard acquired by the service.
