Bradford 2025 does not accept responsibility for loss of attendee’s property and is unable to guarantee the return of lost items. However, every effort will be made to ensure that lost property found at Bradford 2025 events is kept safe until it can be returned to the owner.

All found items at Bradford 2025 events will be submitted to Bradford 2025’s Ticket + Info Hub (1A Aldermanbury, Bradford, BD1 1SD), unless found at Loading Bay or Beacon where it will remain on location. All lost property will be logged and stored appropriately.

Items will be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks (1 calendar month).

Reasonable attempt will be made to identify the owner of the found property if there are identifying features/contact details which allow us to investigate further.

After the 4-week period – items will be taken from secure storage and the following applied:

  • Personal Identification – reported to relevant body immediately and after the 4-week period we will seek advise on how to dispose by the relevant body.
  • Keys – destroyed and securely disposed of.
  • Bank Cards – reported to the bank immediately and advised on disposal by the bank.
  • Purse/Wallet – all personal information destroyed and then treated as a general item.
  • Clothing – Stored for 4-week period, then donated to local charity shop.
  • Medicine – Stored for 4-week period, then given to pharmacy to dispose of safely.
  • All other general items – Stored for 4-week period then disposed of at the venue discretion.

For valuable items, including mobile phones and bank cards, proof of identification might be requested to prove ownership.
