1. Terms of sale
Tickets are sold subject to the right of Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with company rules and regulations.
E-tickets for ticketed events will be emailed to the email address provided at the point of sale. An e-ticket may be shown on a mobile device or printed to gain entry. If you have not received your e-tickets from us, please contact our Ticketing team on [email protected]. It is the responsibility of the booker to inform us of any change of email address or mobile phone number.
Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold for profit or commercial purposes. Violation of this policy will render the ticket void and non-refundable, and it will be cancelled.
2. Refund and exchange policies
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is cancelled, ticket-holders will be offered a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, ticket-holders will be given the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund. Payments for cancelled or rescheduled tickets will be made via the original payment method.
Exchange policy
Tickets may be exchanged for another event within the programme, subject to availability and a processing fee of £1 per ticket (excludes free events). Alternatively, tickets may be exchanged to credit on your Bradford 2025 account, which may be redeemed against our ticketed events and activities. All credit will expire on 1 December 2025. Exchanges must be requested at least seven days before the event, and are only available for events sold by Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture.
Sold-out events
For sold-out events, exchanges to another event are only possible if your ticket is resold via our waiting list.
3. Payment methods
We are cashless and accept card payments only. All payments must be made in GBP (£).
Accepted cards include Visa and MasterCard. For online payments, we also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Terms of admittance
All bookers must have a valid ticket to gain entry to ticketed events and activities.
For certain events, latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the event at the discretion of management.
The use of cameras, video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated by the event organisers.
Our events may be professionally filmed or recorded. By attending our events, you consent to be filmed, photographed or have audio recordings taken of you. You may be featured as an audience member in any resulting photographs or recordings of an event.
Where possible, we will display clear signage to let you know that photography, filming or audio recording is taking place. If you do not want to be photographed, filmed or have audio recordings taken of you during an event, please contact a member of our team.
5. Cancellation policy
If an event is cancelled, ticket-holders will be notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided at the time of booking. Ticket-holders will be offered a choice of a refund or a ticket to a rescheduled event (if applicable).
In the event of a cancellation, Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture is not responsible for any accommodation, travel or other costs incurred by the ticket-holder.
7. Discounts and offers
Discounts are available for selected events for the following concessions: students, seniors, access bookers, individuals on low incomes, and children.
Special promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. No adjustments will be made after the purchase is complete.

Access performances
To ensure that everyone can enjoy our performances, we offer a variety of access options, including:
- BSL-interpreted performances
These performances are interpreted in British Sign Language (BSL) by professional interpreters. - Captioned performances
We provide captioned performances to assist bookers who are deaf or hard of hearing. These performances may also help other people. - Audio-described performances
We offer audio descriptions that provide live verbal commentary of the performance for bookers who are blind or visually impaired. Audio description may also help autistic people or anyone experiencing an unfamiliar artform. - Breakout/quiet spaces
We will provide a breakout or quiet space for as many events as possible. - Relaxed performances
We will offer relaxed performances for as many performances as possible.

Accessible venues
All our venues are designed to be accessible to all bookers. They are wheelchair-friendly, with designated seating areas available. Please notify our Ticketing team at the time of booking if you require wheelchair-friendly seating.

9. Data sharing
We process personal data in several ways as part of developing and delivering Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture. If required by law or requested by authorities investigating illegal activities, we will provide information about your activities.
