All orders can be posted anywhere within the UK with FREE shipping or collected in person from the Bradford 2025 Ticket + Info Hub from Friday 13 December (1A Aldermanbury, Bradford BD1 1SD: see opening times).

Pre-sale orders
All pre-sale orders placed before 12pm (noon) on Friday 13 December 2024 will be dispatched and delivered by Friday 20 December 2024.
Orders placed after this date will be dispatched within 5–10 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and please note that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to external factors that are beyond our control (eg. postal strikes, poor weather, etc).

Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for faulty or damaged items only. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault or damage.
Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty.
