Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for faulty or damaged items only. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault or damage.
If you need a different size of an item you have ordered, we are happy to offer an exchange. You can post the item back to us (postage at your cost) or contact us to arrange a free exchange at our Ticket + Info Hub, if stocks allow.
