What is The Beacon?

The Beacon is a venue like no other – it is a performance space that toured Bradford District during 2025 – and is set to return in summer 2026.

Access and facilities

Toilets
There are accessible toilets available at The Beacon with baby changing facilities.

Level access
There is step free level access throughout The Beacon – the venue is all on the same level.

There is trackway from the hard standing areas at all parks to The Beacon itself.

Hearing loop
There is a hearing loop available at The Beacon.

Food and drink
We will have a simple bar open for some events, serving soft drinks only.

Free water refills
There is a free water bottle refilling point at The Beacon. Ask a member of our team to direct you to this at the venue.

Dress for the weather
The Beacon is travelling to parks across Bradford District. It can get cold outdoors in the evenings in the parks so please wrap up warm if the temperatures drop and dress for the weather.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside The Beacon except for service dogs.
