To celebrate Yorkshire Day, Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra present Yorkshire Calling.

The evening promises a spectacular celebration of all things Yorkshire, featuring special guests including singer Aled Jones, celebrated poet Ian McMillan, plus Bantams legend Chris Kamara and the BBC’s Bantam of the Opera Choir.

It also welcomes Leeds-based international concert pianist Yuanfan Yang.

Under the baton of Ben Crick, Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra will perform A Northern Score, featuring poems written and narrated by Ian McMillan, celebrating influential northerners through the ages, set to an original score written by Ben.
