The Beacon – Wibsey Park

WoW Community Partnership

Audiences connected with their community and checked their health at this free daytime event in Wibsey.

WoW (Working on Wellbeing) Community Partnership is a network of grassroots organisations that work to improve health and well-being around Bradford South – and they were at The Beacon in Wibsey Park on Wednesday 23 April.

Audiences came for a free health check, including blood pressure checks and (where appropriate) blood tests. Members of the primary care team were on hand to answer their questions about health and well-being – and they could also get information about services in their community.
