The Bradford Selection

Edible Archives

Take a bite out of Bradford with our magnificent biscuits.

Event Details
Date In stores from 27 Jun 2025
Location In selected stores across Bradford District

Food-as-art pioneers Edible Archives are turning Bradford stories into biscuits.

No food is more central to UK culture than the humble biscuit, so we’re cooking up our very own selection – made right here in Bradford especially for you.

Edible Archives have been touring Bradford, collecting stories, histories and recipes from people across the district. The result is The Bradford Selection: a series of biscuits inspired by different Bradford communities and cultures, from local growing groups and the Sikh community to Bradford’s radical political history.

The biscuits will be presented in a limited-edition collectible tin with a bespoke zine and audio experience featuring interviews and articles – taking inspiration from the British Library’s collections.

The Bradford Selection will be available in selected stores across Bradford District from spring 2025. Kettle on!
