A snapshot of the ordinary/extraordinary people of our town that make up this unique community.

A Bradford 2025 Curious Communities, Social Prescribing Award project and Our Patch project.

Collected by Sue Dyde and Beccy Durham since the summer, Falling Stars Theatre presents Silsden’s tales, tall and small, for one evening only.

Special thanks to Silsden Town Hall, The Hive, and all the folk of Silsden who have made this adventure possible.

It will be joyous, heartwarming and have Silsden, Silsdeners and their stories at its core. The stories will be told using theatre, poetry and music. We are gathering stories to create a unique record of what it is to be a Cobbydaler for future generations to enjoy and learn from.”
