Formerly known as Sisterhood, Sisterverse Open Mic is a creative, warm, and empowering space exclusively for women to share their voices through poetry and spoken word.

Rooted in the heart of Bradford, this female-only event offers a nurturing environment where words weave connection, confidence, and community.

Founded by local poet and spoken word artist Sharena Lee Satti, Sisterverse is more than just an open mic – it’s a vibrant network of expression, healing, and sisterhood. The event is proudly supported by Bradford Libraries, championing literature, creativity, and inclusive cultural spaces across the city.

Please note: this is a female/female identifying only event and tickets can only be purchased by female/female identifying audience members/ participants.
