Have a go at and learn more about Qigong and Tai Chi.
Enjoy a Qigong session - a Chinese mind-body practice that combines meditation, breathing, and gentle movement.
About the project
There will also be a Tai Chi taster session and demonstrations by experienced practitioners, and there will be an opportunity to find out more about Qigong and Tai Chi from teachers and students.
Some Indian snacks and soft drinks will be available at the event included in the ticket cost. If you do not want food, ticketless entry is free
