Two special sessions of sensory play for under-4s and their grown-ups at The Beacon in Bowling Park.

Under-4s and their grown-ups are invited to Bowling Park for a free morning of multi-sensory fun and games. Everyone’s welcome at these inclusive sessions – presented by Bradford 2025 and Stand & Be Counted, the UK’s first Theatre Company of Sanctuary, as part of Refugee Week 2025.

We begin at 9.30am with a gentle sensory session of movement, sound and song for babies aged 0–2 and their grown-ups. And then from 10.30am, there’ll be a high-energy session of jumping, spinning and dancing for toddlers aged 2–4. Both sessions are free for all, with no need to book – just turn up on the day.

Refugee Week in Bowling Park

Happy Baby! is part of our programme at The Beacon in Bowling to mark Refugee Week 2025 – including What Will We Do Without Exile?, a new artwork co-commissioned by Counterpoints Arts with the support of Moomin Characters to celebrate of 80 years of the Moomins. For full details, see Refugee Week in Bowling Park.
