The walk leaves Penistone Hill Country Park and follows the valley to Bronte Bridge, where you will then climb to The Height and contour round to Top Withens. This circuit then continues past Harbour Lodge and back to Penistone Hill Country Park.

The paths are generally quite reasonable, but there is a narrow, slippy and steep path between top Withens and Harbour Lodge – appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn.

Please bring a packed lunch and a drink as the nearest cafes and pubs are in Haworth.

No booking is needed for this walk, but there is a £1 membership fee required, due to public liability insurance which can be purchased from one of the walk leaders on the day.
