Charlotte Brontë: Senseless Trash

In July 2025 we joined our Four Nations recipient, Fran Bundey, for a phonic field trip over the Yorkshire Moors.

We joined Charlotte Brontë on a phonic field trip over the Yorkshire Moors and listened in to the sounds that shaped the Brontë sisters’ lives (Charlotte, Emily and the other one, Anne?).

The howling winds at Top Withens, the tranquil trickling of nearby waterfalls and the angelic tones of, Beyoncé… accompanied us on our journey. Senseless Trash from beginning to end – don’t say we didn’t warn you. We had to keep our wits about us, for there are beasts on those moors…

N.B. Charlotte Brontë: Senseless Trash was a 30-minute show suitable for audiences aged 14+.
