Ticketing and Sales Manager

Bradford district’s year of culture is set to deliver more than 1,000 new performances and events including over 200 artist commissions, a series of major arts festivals and major national and international collaborations. To do this we need a team of dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic people, and we are looking for a Ticketing and Sales Manager to lead our Ticketing team.

If you have significant experience of delivering the highest standards of customer service and developing a ticketing strategy to maximise sales revenue and reach a wide range of audiences, then we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be customer focussed, target driven and able to motivate a team to deliver strong results. Reporting to the Head of Audiences you’ll manage the box office team and lead the relationship with external suppliers, freelancers and agencies.

  • Annual salary of £40,000
  • 37 hours per week worked flexibly (City Centre location)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
  • This is a fixed term position until March 2026
