Head of Digital Content

Bradford district’s year of culture is set to deliver more than 1,000 new performances and events including over 200 artist commissions, a series of major arts festivals and major national and international collaborations. To do this we need a team of dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic people, and we are looking for a Head of Digital Content to join our busy team to establish, direct and manage the strategic and long-term goals for our digital content.

If you have a creative vision, understand the importance of the bigger picture and can work with a wide range of stakeholders, then we’d love to hear from you. As the Head of Digital Content, you’ll develop strategies and procedures for the content creation on all digital platforms, ensuring all content is engaging and compelling to optimise reach with a wide range of users, and always on brand. You’ll report to Head of Audiences but also work closely with Producing team; you’ll lead the Digital team and have line management responsibility for the Social Media Manager, Digital Content Manager and Digital Content Producer.

  • Annual salary of £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
  • 37 hours per week worked flexibly (City Centre location)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
  • This is a fixed term position until March 2026
