Guest Services Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Coordinator to help us give visitors to Bradford 2025 the best possible experience. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that people who are coming to Bradford as guests of Bradford 2025 – whether political delegations, visiting artists or cultural sector partners, have a positive welcome. 

Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will work with local suppliers and organisations to build a network of hotels, caterers, transport suppliers and other delivery partners to work with us over the next two years. You will have experience of working in a hospitality, leisure, or tourism role, managing a team, be proficient in using Microsoft products and have great communication skills. 

  • Fixed Term to March 2026
  • £27,000 dependent upon previous experience
  • 37 hours per week worked flexibly Monday to Friday, predominantly office based
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
