Operations Team Co-Ordinator

We’re at the start of our journey and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Team Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Operations, to come and help us support the growing team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that Bradford 2025 is a safe, efficient and welcoming place to work and visit. Great organisational skills and a passion for detail are essential for success in this role, as is a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a facilities role, managing a team, be proficient in using Microsoft products, have great communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing systems to ensure that the BD25 premises runs smoothly, the management of a small team, and managing maintenance, renovations and refurbishments of BD25 premises (as agreed by the Head of Operations).

  • Salary £27,000, dependent on experience
  • 37.5 hours per week worked flexibly, predominantly office based
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
