We seek  a a company or individual who can create and execute an imaginative and vigorous press, media and stakeholder strategy for Bradford 2025.

We want to significantly grow our reach and deepen our relationship with key audiences and contribute to the effort to secure the City of Culture designation using local, regional, national and international media and key stakeholders.

To express an interest in this tender we invite you to submit the following:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a selection of your past work within the last three years, including the names of people who will lead, manage and consult on the work and the names of two references that you are happy for us to contact at shortlisting stage.
  • Examples of what you would do to deliver this campaign in both PR/media relations and stakeholder management (no more than 3 pages of A4 text or 6 ppt slides).
  • Your proposed fee structure for undertaking this work to include client briefings, attendance at steering group or other meetings, desk research, and execution.

From responses to this call we will create a shortlist of people/companies to interview.  Our decision to shortlist will be based on a scoring matrix made up of quality of creative ideas and scale of ambition, your fee levels and, (given that we wish to encourage businesses in the Bradford district and/or the West Yorkshire region), your geographic location.
